Vertical Integration of Production
Our LineWorks product family focuses on the networking of individual production tools. With our products we offer a central software solution performing the whole communication between shopfloor level and planning system such as SAP/R3, SiView or FACTORYworks. The modular structure as well as the open interfaces of our LineWorks products allow individual solutions to be easily integrated into existing environments. Alternatively, the LineWorks product family can be employed as a complete CIM solution including production tracking, reporting, statistical process control (SPC), early warning system and equipment efficiency monitoring (OEE).
Traceability
With our IT solutions you gain complete traceability for your products, for all process steps and related data and for all parts and materials consumed plus their relations, leading to a comprehensively documented manufacturing. Our IT solutions are flexible enough to document special cases in detail as well. Based on fast access to recorded information e.g. expensive product recalls can be reduced to the necessary extend by restriction to actually affected products.
Transparent Information Management
The enormous amounts of data being accumulated in modern manufacturing need a solid data management. For process assurance ongoing data analysis is required as well. Our solutions provide software for the automated evaluation of test data (SPC) and the monitoring and detailed analysis of equipment states. SPC and equipment monitoring in production enable your colleagues to be informed about problems immediately or even in advance in order to assure stable processes and as a consequence the quality demanded by your customers.
