LineWorks eCAP - Electronic Corrective Action Plan
Inside manufacturing it is important to have standardized procedures to guide operators when taking care of e.g. out-of-control events. LineWorks eCAP enables you to create and trigger workflows/action plans (with minimized user input) in order to support operators to solve related problems most effectively.
A typical use-case would be an Out-of-Control-Action-Plan (OCAP) which lists the actions to be taken after a process monitoring software like LineWorks SPACE has detected an out-of-control situation. Other use cases are preventive maintenance, simple or complex check lists and in general recurring workflows which require a protocol of the performed steps.
