LineWorks RM - Recipe Management
LineWorks RM offers enterprise wide process security. It ensures that a product is processed by a piece of equipment correctly. All process recipes and control parameters are centrally stored in a database. Each modification is recorded. The approval and release of recipes makes sure that a recipe is only used after having been examined by certain persons. Together with LineWorks WIP or LineWorks PULSE it is completely traceable which recipes have been used for which processes by which tools.
