
LineWorks SPACE - Statistical Process Analysis and Control Environment
LineWorks SPACE is the tool to provide quality control in the production facility. It collects and analyzes your millions of daily data and provides enterprise-wide Process Data Management (PDM) as well as Statistical Process Control (SPC) in 24/7 production environments. It allows also the implementation of Six Sigma concepts in your production facility. LineWorks SPACE includes a variety of chart types and reports cumulating production data into the key numbers of your production. To minimize your losses SPACE offers an early warning system that informs your staff about irregularities in production online. All data is stored in one single database for traceability according to ISO 9xxx standards. LineWorks SPACE is optimized for easy configuration. Additional parameters or even new production tools can be integrated into SPACE due to open interfaces.
